How will coaching that is based in neuroscience be any different from other coaching?

Neuroscience, specifically Cognitive and Behavioural Neuroscience, is a discipline that is helping us to better understand how our environment impacts our thinking. Numerous research studies give us tangible results that explain how we can take advantage of the way our brains work to increase the quality of our thinking and our performance.

How much does coaching cost?

The cost can vary depending on the length of the coaching series and the frequency of coaching sessions. If you want to know more please book a free introductory session.

What can I expect from being coached?

 

Expect to be encouraged, supported, and challenged to achieve the goals that mean the most to you. The journey won't be a walk in the park but the end result will be worth it!

What is my time commitment?

Depending on how the coaching series is structured you can expect to commit around 2hrs per week to progressing towards your goals.

What happens when the coaching series is finshed?

For a start you can congratulate yourself for putting in the time and effort to achieve more than you ever thought possible! Often, clients want to continue towards new goals after realising how much they can get done.
